Little Update

11 02 2016

The mid- winter fishing report is pretty good.  The consensus is really good fishing for trout and good fishing for walleye.  Trout are being caught throughout the water column but the 55 foot range is a great place to start.  Depending on the lake, I have buddies that are catching fish as deep as 100 feet.  The Walleye bite has been late in the day as usual and 5 to 15 feet will work, shallower as the sun disappears.   The crappie craze is still on and if you are lucky enough to have found the spots you are having a ball.  The information on crappie has been secretive and by no means will I be the guy to spill the beans, but if you find them you will catch them.  Travel is challenging, lots of slush and some creeks are not safe.  We had high water in the fall so many of the creeks have flow.

We had a cabin open the Week of May 28th. There is also room for a small group of bear hunters in August.   Please inquire via email.
